Q: I've lost my ID Card and I need to go to the doctor. What do I do?
A: If you do not know your Member ID, call us. Your doctor can call our verification system and use your ID number to check your eligibility. You should call us at your earliest convenience to have your card replaced.

Q: What are your hours of operation?
A: You may call our Member Services department M-F 8:30 AM - 5 PM. Calls at other times will be routed to our emergency service.
